The field work was conducted in one of unique part of Altai Republic - on the Sailugem Ridge. The Sailugem is the important habitat of such rare species as Argali, Snow Leopard, Ibex, Pallas Cat, many birds of prey. Team members investigated the territory to estimate number of rare species and to shoot a small film on them.

Possibly the main reason of it is not poaching but the big number of wolfs. It is clear that it is necessary to take special measures to control wolfs' population, otherwise argali sheep will dissapear from this site.
